Abstract:
Child care services for children aged 0 − 3 can effectively enhance their early development potential and promote comprehensive development in physiological, psychological, and social abilities. Child care services that combine medical and parenting approaches can improve caregivers’ nurturing and caregiving skills, foster a positive family environment, and ensure children’s physical well-being, balanced nutrition, safety, and receiving emotional support and early learning opportunities. This article focuses on the framework and strategy of infant rearing and care under the model of medical and educational integration, clarifies the basic concept and connotation of the care service for infants and toddlers under 3 years old, expounds its practical pathway on the development and effectiveness of this system, and finally puts forward the prospects and suggestions of this model, so as to provide evidence for standardization service development.
