Abstract:
Objective To investigate the results of intelligent development screening and influencing factors among infants aged 9-10 months.
Methods A total of 1832 children aged 9-10 months who were examined in the outpatient clinics of the two children's health clinics from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected. The intelligent development was screened by the Denver Intelligent Development Scale(DDST).
Results Among 1832 children aged 9-10 months,45 children(2.46% were suspected) were positive,of which 23 were suspicious and 22 were abnormal. Logistic regression analysis showed that low birth weight,macrosomia,asphyxia,intracranial hemorrhage > 50 ml and maternal age(> 35 years old) were risk factors for positive screening results(
OR=2.779,2.754,3.102,4.669,3.007,respectively,
P<0.05).
Conclusion The intelligent development of infants from 9 to 10 months old is related to low birth weight,birth asphyxia,intracranial hemorrhage and maternal age. It is necessary to take targeted measures to reduce the occurrence of influencing factors and lay a good foundation for children's intelligent development.
