Abstract:
Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with mammography in the screening of breast cancer among high-risk women in the community.
Methods A total of 13560 women of the appropriate age in this community (the eastern part of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province) were selected as subjects. For high-risk groups, color Doppler ultrasound and mammography were performed for breast cancer screening. The results of ultrasound, mammography and joint examination were analyzed.
Results The diagnosis results of three examination methods were observed. In this study, 91 high-risk women were screened by pre-existing ultrasound. 68 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed by pathological diagnosis, and 68 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed. The diagnostic accuracy was 100.00%, the accuracy of simple color Doppler ultrasound was 86.72%, and the misdiagnosis rate was 14.28%. Comparing the positive predictive values of the three examination methods, joint examination>color Doppler ultrasound>mammography examination, pairwise comparison found that
P<0.05, the difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant.
Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound combined with mammography has a higher value in breast cancer screening among high-risk women in the community, which can effectively improve the screening rate of breast cancer among high-risk women in the community.
