基于移动互联网下门诊流程再造及满意度分析

  • 摘要: 门诊是医院的重要组成部分,门诊服务流程设置是否便捷、安全,将直接影响到患者就诊的质量、时限和对医院的满意度。利用移动互联网技术,从挂号、取药、门诊病历书写和处方书写、检查结果查询一整套流程进行再造设计,减少患者就医等候时间,提高就医效率及满意度。

     

    Abstract: Outpatient service is an important part of a hospital, whether the outpatient service process is convenient and safe will directly affect the quality, time limit and satisfaction of the patients visits to the hospital. Using mobile Internet technology, a whole set of procedures were designed for re-engineering from registration, drug collection, outpatient medical record writing, prescription writing and examination results, which reduced patient waiting time and improved patient efficiency and satisfaction.
