晚期糖基化终末产物与妊娠期糖尿病的关系

The relationship between advanced glycation end products and gestational diabetes mellitus

  • 摘要: 目的 通过测量孕妇晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)的水平,探讨AGEs与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系及作用机制。方法 选取2018年3-5月青岛市城阳区人民医院就诊的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇40例,同期糖耐量正常孕妇40例为对照组。测量空腹葡萄糖、空腹胰岛素、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、AGEs水平。计算稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并对上述指标进行统计学分析。结果 GDM组的空腹血糖、HOMA-IR、AGEs、hs-CRP明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GDM组AGEs分别与空腹血糖、HOMA-IR、hs-CRP呈正相关,与空腹胰岛素呈负相关。结论 AGEs可能通过某种途径影响炎症因子参与GDM的发生、发展。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship and mechanism between AGEs and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) by measuring the level of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in pregnant women.Methods A total of 40 pregnant women with GDM who visited the people's hospital of chengyang in Qingdao from March to May 2018 were selected, and 40 pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-crp), AGEs were measured, and HOMA-IR was calculated. The above indicators were statistically analyzed.Results Fasting blood glucose, HOMA-IR, AGEs and hs-CRP in the GDM group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The AGEs of GDM group were positively correlated with fasting glucose, HOMA-IR and hsCRP, and negatively correlated with fasting insulin.Conclusions AGEs may affect the involvement of inflammatory factors in the development and progression of GDM.
