Abstract:
Objective To explore the current situation of health care in kindergartens of Guangming District, Shenzhen in recent 5 years and improve the quality of health care.
Method The results of annual assessment and examination of health care from 2013 to 2017 were collected and analyzed.
Results In 2013-2017, the percentage of acquiring the qualification report of provincial or municipal level, the pass rates of health care assessment the proportion of Grade A in cafeteria of kindergartens, and the proportion of health doctors with qualification certificatewere increased from 24.14%, 82.75%, 13.79%, 67.69% to 54.17%, 91.67%, 75%, 92.47%, respectively. The ratio of health care doctors to children was decreased from 1: 294 to 1: 234. The completion rate of physical examination for children and teachers in each school year was 100%, and the psychological screening of children increased year by year (linear correlation test:

P<0.001). The incidences of children's anemia (

P<0.001) and abnormal vision (
F=18.67,
P<0.001) decreased, while the annual growth qualified rate (
F=254.29,
P<0.001) was increased year by year.
Conclusions Kindergartens should continue to strengthen the investment of funds, personnel input and equipment allocation, improve the education conditions, enhance the health care management and implement various health care systems, which is the key to effectively improve the overall level of health care in kindergartens and promote the physical and mental health of children.
