合生素对高敏风险婴儿外周血TH9细胞及其细胞因子表达影响

Effects of symbiotics administered in advance for infants with high allergic sensitivity risk on TH9 cells and cytokines expression in peripheral blood

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨在早期应用合生素对婴儿过敏性疾病早期干预的临床意义及对外周血TH9细胞比例及IL-9表达水平的影响。方法 选取80例具有家庭遗传高敏风险背景新生儿,随机分为合生素干预组(40例)和对照组(40例)。观察生后6个月内两组过敏性疾患发生情况,并采用流式细胞学技术检测两组TH9细胞比例和ELISA方法检测婴儿血清中IL-9表达水平。结果 与对照组相比,合生素干预组的过敏症状发生率较对照组明显降低,且合生素干预组TH9细胞比例下降(P<0.05),IL-9表达水平更低(P<0.05)。结论 早期添加合生素可在某种程度上预防或减轻高敏风险患儿过敏性疾病的发生发展,是一种安全、有效的早期干预方法,其中机制与TH9细胞功能及IL-9分泌相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explorer the clinical significance of early application of synbiotics in high allergy risk infants and the effect on the percentages of TH9 cells and the expression level of IL-9 in peripheral blood.Methods 80 neonates with a family background of high allergy risk were randomly divided into the synbiotics intervention group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The incidence of allergic diseases in the two groups within 6 months after birth was observed. The percentages of TH9 cells were detected by flow cytology and the expression level of il-9 in the serum were detected by ELISA.Results The incidence of allergy symptoms in the synbiosis intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the proportion of TH9 cells in the synbiotics intervention group was decreased (P<0.05), and the expression level of il-9 was lower (P<0.05).Conclusion Early application of synbiotics may reduce the occurrence and development of allergic diseases in children with high sensitivity risk to some extent, and is a safe and effective early intervention method, which maybe related to tht function of TH9 cells and IL-9.
