健康教育对学龄前孤独症儿童照顾者照护负担与生活满意度影响研究

  • 摘要: 目的 评价健康教育对学龄前孤独症儿童照顾者照顾负担与生活满意度的影响。方法 选择东莞市妇幼保健院康复科2016年3月-2018年6月收治的79例学龄前孤独症儿童为本次研究对象,对其照顾者(母亲或父亲)进行健康教育,对比健康教育前后其照顾负担及生活满意度变化情况。结果 孤独症患儿在其照顾人接受健康教育后,孤独症类人格特质量表得分比教育前降低,社会技能、细节关注、交流3方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在注意转移能力、想象方面健康教育前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教育后照顾者Zarit护理负担量表、生活满意度指数A评分明显优于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对学龄前孤独症儿童照顾者开展健康教育,能够有效降低其照顾负担,提升其生活满意度,值得应用与推广。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of health education on the care burden and life satisfaction of preschool autistic children's childhood autism caregivers.Methods A total of 79 pre-school autistic children admitted by the rehabilitation department of our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects of this study, and their caregivers (mothers or fathers) received health education. The care burden and life satisfaction of the caregivers were compared before and after health education. Result After the health education, the score of autistic children's personality traits scale was lower than that before education. There were statistical differences in social skills, attention to detail and communication, and no differences in attention transfer ability and imagination before and after health education. The scores of ZBI and LSIA of the caregivers after education were significantly better than those before education, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can effectively reduce the burden of care for caregivers of preschool children with autism and improve their life satisfaction, which is worthy of application and promotion.
