Abstract:
Objective To probe into the influence of feeding guidance during food conversion period in development of infants.
Methods 104 cases of healthy full-term infants who managed by our hospital from May, 2016 to May, 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the study group (52 cases) and the control group (52 cases) by the random number table method. The control group were received feeding health guidance and regular physical examination only when they arrived at the hospital, while the study group were received comprehensive feeding guidance during the food conversion period. The changes of body weight and length at 6 months and 12 months, the low rate of iron and zinc and the anemia rate were compared between the two groups.
Results The weight of infants at 6 months and 12 months in the study group was higher than that in the control group (
P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body length at 6 months (
P>0.05). At 12 months, the body length was higher than that in the control group (
P<0.05). The low rate of iron and zinc and the incidence of anemia in the study group were lower than those in the control group (
P<0.05).
Conclusion The feeding guidance during food conversion period can effectively guarantee the growth and development quality of infants, and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
