Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of DOL instrument combined with music therapy on labor pain, anxious and depression of primipara.
Methods The primipara with full-term singleton pregnancy born at our hospital from November 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group (200 cases each). The control group was treated with the DOL method. The observation group took the Doula instrument and music therapy. The analgesic efficacy, neonatal Apgar score, labor time, anxiety and depression levels of the two groups were compared.
Results The pain score of the observation group during delivery was lower than that of the control group, the time of three stages of labor was shorter than that of the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05);the cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05), the utilization rate of oxytocin, urinary retention rate, and the rate of the observation group were There was no significant difference between the discomfort rate of waist and leg and the amount of bleeding 2 hours after delivery (
P>0.05).
Conclusion The use of a DOL instrument combined with music therapy can reduce the degree of pain in the first-time mothers, shorten the labor time, optimize the neonatal state and maternal psychological state, and reduce cesarean section rate.
