多元化培训在新生儿家长智护训练学习中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of diversified training in the training of newborn parents’ intellectual training

  • 摘要: 目的 观察多元化培训在新生儿家长智护训练学习中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年6-8月于中国人民解放军第九五医院住院分娩的新生儿及其家长90例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各45例,对照组新生儿家长接受常规智护训练教育干预,试验组家长接受以智护训练为主题的多元培训方式干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果 试验组家长智护训练依从率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组新生儿出生6个月时体格发育指标及运动智力发育指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对新生儿家长施以多元化的智护训练教育干预,可显著提升家长智护训练依从率水准,促进新生儿的体格运动及智力发育。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the application effect of diversified training in the training of newborn parents' intellectual training.Methods 90 cases of neonates and their parents who were hospitalized in our hospital from June to August 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=45) and the experimental group(n=45). Parents of newborns in the control group received routine intellectual nursing training and education intervention. The parents of the experimental group received a multi-training intervention with the theme of intellectual training. The observation indicators of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results The compliance rate of parents' mental training in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The physical development index and sports intelligence development index of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group at the age of six months.The difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying a variety of intellectual training and educational interventions to parents of newborns can significantly improve the level of compliance of parents' intellectual training and promote the physical exercise and intellectual development of newborns.
