Abstract: Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of Yoga abdominal breathing and Lamaze breathing in pregnant women.Methods Eighty of the pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital to give birth from September 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each. The control group used the Lamaze breathing method,and the observation group used the yoga abdominal breathing method to observe the maternal pain level,the labor time,the maternal natural delivery rate and the completion of the breathing method.Results The effective rate of analgesia was 42.50% in the control group and 70.00% in the observation group. The analgesic efficiency of the control group was lower than that of the observation group. The total labor time of the control group was longer than that of the observation group,and the natural delivery rate of the control group was 70.00% and 52.50% of the women who had completed the breathing method. The natural delivery rate of the observation group was 90.00%,and 87.50% of the women who had completed the breathing method. The natural delivery rate and the completion of the breathing method in the control group were lower than the observation group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of maternal yoga abdominal breathing is significantly better than that of Lamaze breathing. It can effectively improve the pain,shorten the labor time and increase the natural delivery rate. It is worth promoting.
