Abstract: Exosomes are vesicle-like corpuscle actively secreted by cells. It has been found that exosomes play an important role in information exchange and immune regulation between cells and cells. In recent years,the tumor microenvironment has gradually become a research focus. Studies have found that exosomes have an irreplaceable role in many pathological conditions,especially malignant tumors. This article focuses on the extraction and identification of exosomes and its research progress in some gynecological diseases,and explores the application prospects of exosomes in gynecological diseases.
