双生子队列研究在遗传-环境-健康风险评价中的应用

Application of twin cohort study in genentic-environmental-health risk assessment

  • 摘要: 随着科技的进步和生活水平的提高,越来越多研究进行儿童生长发育、心理和认知发育等健康相关问题的病因探究。双生子队列被认为是开展非传染性慢性疾病遗传和环境因素研究的良好资源。本文将结合双生子队列研究的特征,分析国内外双生子队列研究现状,再围绕国内双生子队列研究存在的主要问题进行讨论,并对其设计和实施过程中的关键问题进行阐述。

     

    Abstract: With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of living standards,more and more studies explore the causes of health-related problems such as children's growth and development,psychological and cognitive development.The twin cohort study is considered as a good resource to evaluate the genetic and environmental factors for non-communicable chronic disease. In this paper,we firstly describe the characteristics of twin cohort study and the research progress worldwide,then discuss the main problems of twin cohort study in our country,and lastly elaborate the key issue in the design and implementation of the twin cohort study.
