Abstract: Objective To explore the Effect of WeChat Media Education on Breastfeeding of premature infants in Neonatal intensive Care Unit(NICU).Methods A total of 90 premature infants accepted by NICU of our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were taken as observation objects and divided into the study group and the control group by using random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Routine education was carried out in the control group,and WeChat education was carried out in the research group at the same time.The situation of the postpartum breastfeeding of the two groups of premature infants was compared and analyzed.Results The breast-feeding rate within 24 hours and 7 days after delivery in the study group was 46.67% and 31.11%,respectively.It was higher than in the control group(26.67% and 13.33%,respectively)(P<0.05).In the study group,the exclusive breast feeding rate was 22.22%,the mixed feeding rate was 31.11%,and the artificial feeding rate was 46.67%.In the control group,the above rate was respectively 6.67%,13.33% and 80.00%.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of feeding intolerance in the study group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of clinical significance to increase the rate of breastfeeding and reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance in premature infants in NICU by increasing Wechat education.
