Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the improvement of breast-feeding rate after cesarean section.
Methods The clinical data of 470 women undergoing cesarean section in our hospital during Jan. to Dec. in 2018 were reviewed. According to the order of admission, the first 235 cases were taken as the control group, the routine cesarean section nursing was used for the control group, and the latter 235 cases were taken as the study group, the psychological nursing was added to the routine nursing for the study group. The rates of exclusive breastfeeding at 48h and 1 month after birth in the two groups were compared, and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.
Results The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 48h and 1 month after birth(
P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no difference in the SAS score between the two groups(
P>0.05). The score after nursing was lower than that before nursing, but the decrease in the study group was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing can help the women undergoing cesarean section to establish the confidence of breastfeeding, improve the rate of postpartum breastfeeding, and relieve their anxiety, which is worth promoting.
