Abstract:
Objective To understand the current salary level of medical staff in Fujian maternal and child health(MCH)hospital,and to provide reference for value-oriented salary system reform in the post-epidemic era.
Methods A descriptive statistical analysis method was used to analyze the financial revenue and personnel expenditure of Fujian MCH hospital,as well as the salary level and salary structure of medical staff in different positions and levels,and compare the average wage level of on-duty staff in urban units in Fujian Province.
Result The financial income of Fujian MCH Hospital accounted for less than 6.5% of the total income in 2017,which was lower than that in the last two years. The average annual income of medical staff was 2-3 times of the average salary of onduty staff in urban units. The total annual income of the staff within the establishment was 2.96 times that of the staff outside the establishment. The variable performance in the salary structure of medical staff accounted for 30%.
Conclusion Fujian MCH Hospital should should formulate a commonweal-oriented hospital salary strategy,set up the salary gap of different position and levels reasonably,and Construct the performance compensation system based on the labor and technical value of medical personnel.
