Abstract:
Objective To analyze the awareness rate of the key pregnancy health care knowledge and satisfaction with the online teaching and evaluate the effect of the complete online teaching mode,and explore the contents and methods of online pregnant women school,so as to provide basis for the development of health education in pregnant women school.
Methods There were two forms of online teaching to interevent pregnant women. One form was live broadcast for 5 sections required to attend and another form was prerecorded lecture for 5 practical operation courses. Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the awareness rate and satisfaction of neonatal health care of 426 pregnant women before and after the online teaching,and the teaching effect was evaluated.
Results ① The awareness rates of breast-feeding and neonatal nursing knowledge and skills of pregnant women were significantly improved before and after the intervention. ② The willingness,confidence and support from family members to breastfeeding and neonatal care of pregnant women increased significantly. ③ The satisfaction rate of online pregnancy school was 89.15%,of which the most satisfactory way was prerecorded lecture,accounting for 40.54%.
Conclusion ① The online teaching of pregnant women school during the epidemic period promoted the improvement of the related knowledge of pregnant women; ② How to improve the way of online teaching to satisfy the public should be further explored.
