Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of 3I management mode proposed by "one power and three cycle" to improve satisfaction of nursing service in obstetric outpatient clinic.
Method A total of 127 and 132 pregnant women in obstetric outpatient clinic in September and November 2019,respectively were selected as the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing service,and the observation group were applied "3I" management. The satisfaction of the two groups to the expression,tone and appearance of the nurses in obstetric outpatient department was compared.
Result Compared with the control group,the pregnant women in the observation group were more satisfied with the expression,tone and appearance of the nurses in the obstetric outpatient clinic(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The "3I" method based on "one power and three cycles" plays an important role in improving the satisfaction with obstetric outpatient nursing service and promoting the quality of obstetric outpatient nursing services.
