Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of Wechat platform health intervention on blood glucose, anxiety, self-efficacy and maternal and infant outcome in advanced pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).
Methods 210 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were randomly selected as the research object, and were divided into study group and routine group, and given We Chat platform health intervention and routine health intervention, respectively. The changes of blood glucose level, anxiety, selfefficacy and maternal and infant outcome before and after intervention were analyzed.
Results There were no differences in the fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG), and glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1 c) between the study group and the routine group before intervention(
P>0.05). After intervention, the blood glucose indexes and the anxiety score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the routine group(
P<0.05). However, after the intervention, all of the evaluation results of the Michigan Group Diabetes Management Rating Scale(DCP) indicators of the study group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(
P<0.05). There are no differences in the gestational week, postpartum blood glucose compliance rate, and pregnancy overweight rate between the groups(
P>0.05). However,There were significant differences in the vaginal delivery rate and the postpartum complication rate between the two groups(
P<0.05). The neonatal adverse outcomes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the routine group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion Through the implementation of Wechat platform health intervention for the advanced pregnant women with GDM, the health knowledge of GDM is publicized by means of picture, video, audio and text, which has obvious effect on controlling blood sugar level, relieving patients' anxiety, improving self-efficacy and maternal and infant outcomes. It has high value of clinical popularization and application.
