Abstract: Objective To effectively combat the COVID-19 pandemic and prevent the aggregation infection of pregnant women,and provide reference for outpatient control and management of maternal and child hospitals during the pandemic period.Methods In view of some common weaknesses in the management of obstetric outpatient service, the outpatient management and control measures were optimized by reasonably controlling the number of patients, strengthening the disinfection management, reasonably optimizing the order of treatment, increasing the network management and publicity, and remote management of pregnant women.Results During the during the pandemic period the spread of COVID-19 was effectively controlled, and none of the pregnant women in obstetrical clinic was infected with COVID-19.Conclusion The COVID-19 is still grim in China. In order to achieve the victory of the fight against the pandemic, prevention and control at the grass-roots level must be done well. The hospital is an assembly place. The obstetrical clinic is a place with concentrated flow of people in the women and children's hospital., Treasonable and efficient control measures are the key to prevent the spread of the pandemic.
