Abstract:
Objective To collect and evaluate the mental health status of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus diagnosed by glucose tolerance test, and to provide research basis for the prevention and treatment of mental health problems of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
Methods Self-rating Depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) were used to investigate the 267 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) at 24-28 gestational weeks between August 2019 and August 2020. After the pregnant woman completed the questionnaire survey face-to-face, the investigator checked immediately. SPSS 18. 0 was used for statistical analysis. The description of relevant indicators was expressed in terms of constituent ratios or rates.
Results Among the 267 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus, the maximum SAS score was 60, the minimum was 25,and the average was 42. 16. There were 29 patients with anxiety tendency, and the positive rate was 10. 86%. Among the 267 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus, the maximum SDS total score was 72. 5, the minimum was 25, and the average was 53. 11. The propertion of depression was 53. 56%. Conclusion The positive rates of anxiety and depression tendency of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were higher than that of the general population. It is necessary to pay attention to the mental health of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
