Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discover the effect of pelvic floor muscle functional exercise through WeChat interactive mode on patients with urinary retention after cesarean section.
MethodsTotally 93 patients with urinary retention after cesarean section were recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology and Henan sanatorium of Longmen from January 2020 to January 2021. They were divided into control group(46 cases) and intervention group(47 cases) by random number table. The control group received routine care, and the intervention group received pelvic floor muscle exercises through WeChat interactive mode. The compliance behavior, bladder function and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.
ResultsCompliance rate of the intervention group was 91. 49%(43/47), which was higher than that of the control group(71. 74%)(33/46)(
P< 0. 05). The volume of residual urine tested by B-ultrasound of the intervention group was less than that of the control group, and the score of bladder fullness among intervention group(4. 31 ± 1. 67) was lower than that of the control group(5. 26 ± 1. 90). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 95. 74%(45/47), which was higher than that of the control group 78. 26%(36/46)(all
P< 0. 05).
ConclusionPelvic floor muscle function exercise through WeChat interactive mode can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with urinary retention after cesarean section, improve their bladder function, and improve their compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.
