江苏省妇女“两癌”检查质量控制的实施与思考

Implementation and thinking of quality control of cervical and breast cancer examination in Jiangsu Province

摘要: 自2009年以来江苏省启动妇女宫颈癌和乳腺癌(以下简称“两癌”)检查项目,整个流程涉及环节繁多,科学、规范的质量控制是保证项目实施效果的关键。2020年江苏省对“两癌”检查工作进行了全面质控。本研究从开展“两癌”检查质量控制前的组织、质量控制的具体实施、质量控制结果等方面对江苏省“两癌”检查质量控制工作进行阐述,并对质量控制的结果加以分析,指出当前质量控制工作以及“两癌”检查项目管理工作中存在的问题,提出相应的意见与建议,以期更好地开展“两癌”检查项目工作,并逐步提高项目质量。

Abstract: The project of cervical and breast cancer examination among women was initiated in 2009 in Jiangsu Province. The entire process involves numerous steps. Scientific and standardized quality control is the key to ensuring the effects of the project. A comprehensive quality control of cervical and breast cancer examination was carried out in 2020. This article elaborates the quality control operation at Jiangsu province including organization, implementation and quality control results. Based on the analysis of quality control results, suggestions on the project management and quality control were put forward in order to improve the quality of project implementation.
