Abstract: This study focuses on Changzhou Maternal and Child Health(MCH) Care Hospital to explore full term reproductive health service model, in order to provide evidence for the actual work of other MCH care institutions. Changzhou MCH Care Hospital carries out refined management of full term reproductive health service in the perspectives of building "advance, comprehensive, and personalized" pre-pregnancy health care services, integrating "regional, dynamic, and improved" pregnancy service networks, implementing "consistent, collaborative, and diversified" pregnancy management model, improving "convenient, one-stop, comfortable" maternity service model, and expanding "continuous, safe, professional" postpartum extension services. This service model increases the utilization efficiency of medical and health care resources, highlights the brand characteristics of the MCH care hospital, promotes the development of disciplines and the improvement of comprehensive service capabilities, and provides patients with clear destination and convenient medical services. The advantages of providing customer with comprehensive, continuous and appropriate health care services are worthy of reference and promotion.
