摘要:目的 了解2019 — 2021年广东省云浮市0 ~ 10岁儿童25-羟基维生素D25(OH)D的水平,为指导本地区0 ~ 10岁儿童维生素D补充提供科学依据。方法 收集2019年1月—2021年10月在广东省云浮市妇幼保健院儿童保健科进行健康体检的6 208例儿童血清25(OH)D水平情况,分析比较不同性别、年龄、季节对血清25(OH)D水平的影响。结果 6 208例0 ~ 10岁儿童的25(OH)D平均水平为(41.40 ± 13.44)ng/mL,25(OH)D水平在不同性别间的比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。男童血清25(OH)D缺乏和不足比例低于女童,充足比例高于女童(χ2 = 19.057,P < 0.001)。随着儿童年龄的增长,血清25(OH)D水平下降,0 ~ < 1岁儿童血清25(OH)D平均水平最高(49.05 ± 14.17)ng/mL,7 ~ 10岁最低(31.09 ± 7.65)ng/mL,不同年龄段儿童的血清25(OH)D水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F = 350.097,P < 0.001)。春季儿童血清25(OH)D水平最高,秋季最低,4个季节差异有统计学意义(F = 45.809,P < 0.001)。结论 应关注和重视学龄前儿童维生素D的营养状况,适当增加儿童户外活动的时间,积极开展家庭宣教。Abstract:Objective To investigate the 25(OH)D level in children aged 0-10 years old in Yunfu, Guangdong, so as to provide scientific evidence for vitamin D supplement guidance in this area.Methods The serum 25(OH)D levels of 6 208 children who underwent physical examination in the Women’s and Children’s Health Hospital of Yunfu from January 2019 to October 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The effects of gender, age and season on the serum 25(OH)D levels were statistically analyzed.Results The average level of serum 25(OH)D in 6 208 children aged 0-10 years old was(41.40 ± 13.44)ng/mL. There was no significant difference in the level of serum 25 (OH) D between different genders (P > 0.05). The proportion of boys with 25 (OH) D deficiency was lower than that of girls, and the proportion of boys with 25 (OH) D sufficiency was higher than that of girls(χ2 = 19.057,P < 0.001). With the increasing of children’s age, the serum 25 (OH) D level decreased. The average level of infants 0-< 1(49.05 ± 14.17)ng/mL was the highest and that of 7-10 age group was the lowest (31.09 ± 7.65)ng/mL. There was significant difference in the serum 25 (OH) D level between different age groups (F = 350.097,P < 0.001). The serum 25 (OH) D level in spring was the highest and that in autumn was the lowest. The serum 25 (OH) D level in the four seasons were statistically different (F = 45.809,P < 0.001).Conclusion Nutritional status of vitamin D in preschool children should be paid attention to, children’s outdoor activities should be increased appropriately, and family education should be carried out actively.
