新生儿科医生早期参与围产期管理对新生儿结局的影响
Effect of early involvement of neonatal pediatricians in perinatal health care on neonatal outcome

摘要:目的 探讨新生儿科医生早期参与围产期综合管理对新生儿结局的影响。方法 选取于2020年4 — 8月在宁夏回族自治区银川国龙骨科医院出生的1 710例新生儿及其孕母为对照组, 于2021年4 — 8月出生的1 376例新生儿及其孕母为观察组, 进行回顾性研究。比较新生儿科医生早期参与围产期的综合管理模式与常规管理模式对新生儿窒息发生率、重度高胆红素血症发生率及产妇满意度等的影响。结果 观察组窒息发生率为0.29%, 对照组为0.87%；观察组重度高胆红素血症发生率为0.14%, 对照组为0.70%；观察组产妇满意度为97.2%, 对照组为91.7%, 差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。结论 新生儿科医生早期参与围产期综合管理, 可改善新生儿临床结局, 提高产妇满意度。Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of neonatal pediatricians' early involvement in comprehensive perinatal health care on neonatal outcomes.Methods A total of 1 710 neonates born from April 2020 to August 2020 and 1 376 neonates born from April 2021 to August 2021 in Yinchuan GuoLong Orthopaedic Hospital in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were recruited as control group and observation group respectively. Comprehensive health care model were compared with the routine model in terms of the incidence of neonatal asphyxia, severe hyperbilirubinemia and maternal satisfaction.Results The incidence of asphyxia and severe hyperbilirubinemia was 0.29% and 0.14% in the observation group, 0.87% and 0.70% in the control group respectively(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate was 97.2% in the observation group and 91.7% in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Early involvement of neonatal pediatricians in perinatal health care can improve neonatal clinical outcome and improve maternal satisfaction.
