2011 — 2020年深圳市罗湖区27 025例新生儿出生体重分析

Analysis on birth weight of 27 025 newborn babies from 2011 to 2020 at Luohu District, Shenzhen

    目的 旨在分析2011 — 2020年深圳市罗湖区新生儿出生体重情况和变化情况, 并探究新生儿体重的影响因素。
    方法 本研究资料来源于深圳市妇幼信息管理系统, 选取2011年1月— 2020年12月在深圳市罗湖区人民医院分娩且资料完整的产妇及新生儿为研究对象。分别采用Kruskal-Wallis检验、单因素方差分析和两样本t检验对不同母婴特征的新生儿出生体重进行组间差异分析, 采用χ2检验探索2011 — 2020年深圳市罗湖区低出生体重儿、巨大儿发生率的变化趋势, 采用Mann-Kenddall检验对新生儿出生体重变化趋势进行分析, 采用无序多分类logistic回归对低出生体重儿、巨大儿的影响因素进行分析。
    结果 2011 — 2020年深圳市罗湖区27 025例新生儿出生体重平均值为(3 260.3 ± 446.9)g, 低出生体重发生率为4.44%, 巨大儿发生率为3.67%, 新生儿出生体重呈逐年下降趋势(Z = - 2.5, P趋势 = 0.01)。在男婴、胎龄大、单胎、非广东户籍、母亲年龄大、剖宫产、多产次的特征组别中新生儿出生体重较高(均P < 0.05)。
    结论 2011 — 2020年深圳市罗湖区新生儿出生体重有降低趋势, 且低出生体重儿发生率逐年上升, 应进一步引起重视。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To analyze the changes in birth weight among 27 025 newborns at Luohu District, Shenzhen from 2011 to 2020 and explore the factors associated with it.
    Methods The data of this study collected from the Maternal and Child Information Management System in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Pregnant women who gave birth at Shenzhen Luohu People's Hospital from January 2011 to December 2020 and their newborns with complete medical records were recruited as research subjects. Kruskal-Wallis test, one-way ANOVA, and two-sample t-test were used to analyze differences of newborn birth weights between various groups with different maternal and infant characteristics. Chi-squared tests were used to explore the trend of low birth weight and macrosomia incidence at Luohu District, Shenzhen from 2011 to 2020. Mann-Kendall trend test was used to analyze the changing trends of newborn birth weight, and logistic regression analysis was used to explore the factors associated with low birth weight and macrosomia.
    Results The average birth weight of the 27 025 newborns was (3 260.3 ± 446.9) g. The rate of low birth weight was 4.44%, and that of macrosomia was 3.67%. The average birth weight of newborns showed a downward trend 2011 - 2020 (Z = - 2.5, Ptrend = 0.01). Newborns in groups characterized by male gender, older gestational age, singleton, non-Guangdong household registration, older maternal age, cesarean section delivery, and multiparity had higher birth weights (all P < 0.05).
    Conclusion The birth weight of newborns has showed a downward trend from 2011 to 2020 at Luohu District, Shenzhen, and the incidence of low birth weight is increasing year by year. This issue should capture further attention.
