Abstract:
Objective To explore and analyze the performance appraisal results of Maternal and Child Health Care Institutions in Putian, Fujian Province, 2021, so as to better improve their service capacity and management operation level.
Methods The performance evaluation index data and supporting materials of Maternal and Child Health Care Institutions in Putian, Fujian Province in 2021 were extracted from the national Maternal and Child Health Care Institutions monitoring management information system, and quantitative scoring was carried out based on the standard. The total score of the evaluation index system was 110.5 points. The differences between the scores of various indicators were compared, and the main reasons for the differences were analyzed.
Results In 2021, 6 Maternal and Child Health Care Institutions in Putian, Fujian Province were involved in the performance appraisal, with an average score of 60.37 points. Among them, the average score of jurisdictional management related indicators was higher, 35.67 out of 48.50 points(73.55%). Institutions with inpatient diagnosis and treatment services had the highest operational efficiency score rate, 10.00 out of 11.00 points (90.91%), while institutions that did not provide inpatient diagnosis and treatment services had lower average score rate in service provision, operational efficiency, sustainable development and satisfaction evaluation related indicators, all of which were lower than 50.00%.
Conclusion Although the management of Maternal and Child Health Care Institutions in Putian, Fujian Province has been efficient, the development of service capacity of Maternal and Child Health Care Institutions at all levels is unbalanced and insufficient, and needs continuous improvement.
