单胎初产妇育儿胜任感的影响因素研究

Factors associated with parenting sense of competence among single-birth primipara

    目的 探讨初产妇育儿胜任感的影响因素,为提高初产妇的育儿胜任感水平提供参考。
    方法 采用随机数表法,选取2020年5 — 10月在湖南省株洲市妇幼保健院进行产前检查的孕32周以上单胎初产妇128例为研究对象,组织其完成育儿课程的学习,并于产妇分娩后第6周通过问卷星的方式进行随访调查,内容包括一般资料、中文版育儿胜任感量表及社会支持量表的调查。
    结果 本研究共回收有效调查问卷124份,124例初产妇育儿胜任感总平均分为(66.27 ± 11.20)分,社会支持总平均分为(36.90 ± 5.61)分。Spearman相关分析表明,单胎初产妇育儿胜任感与社会支持总分(rs = 0.318)、主观支持维度(rs = 0.333)及社会支持利用度(rs = 0.180)均存在正相关性(均P < 0.05)。多因素分析显示,主观支持维度得分、配偶在产妇情绪低落时及时开导、配偶参与育儿课程学习是单胎初产妇育儿胜任感的影响因素(t = 2.914,t = − 2.080,t = − 2.051,均P < 0.05)。
    结论 单胎初产妇育儿胜任感水平有待提高,以单胎初产妇及配偶同为主体的宣教模式能有效增强初产妇的育儿胜任感。家属尤其是配偶应陪同孕妇参与育儿知识的学习,并于孕妇产后予以更多家庭支持,在产妇情绪低落时及时开导,以帮助其提高育儿能力。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective  To explore factors associated with parenting sense of competence among primiparas, so as to provide evidence for improving their parenting sense of competence.
    Methods  Random number table method was used to recruited 128 singleton primiparas > 32 weeks of gestation who received prenatal care in Women and Children Healthcare Hospital of Zhuzhou in Hunan from May to October 2020. They completed the study of parenting course. Then a follow-up survey was conducted by questionnaire star at the sixth week postpartum, including the general information, the Chinese version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scale and Social Support Rating Scale.
    Results  Totally 124 valid questionnaires were collected in this study. The average score of parenting sense of competence was 66.27 ± 11.20, and social support score was 36.90 ± 5.61. Spearman Correlation analysis indicated that the parenting sense of competence among singleton primiparas was positively correlated with the total score of social support (rs = 0.318, P < 0.05), subjective support dimension (rs = 0.333, P < 0.05) and social support utilization (rs = 0.180, P < 0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that the scores of subjective support dimension, timely counseling by husband when the parturient was depressed, and the spouse’s participation in the course of child-care were factors associated with parenting sense of competence among single-birth primiparas (t = 2.914, t = − 2.080, t = − 2.051, all P < 0.05).
    Conclusion  The level of parenting sense of competence among single-birth primipara needs to be improved. The healh education model of both participation of singleton primipara and spouse can effectively enhance their parenting sense of competence. Family members, especially their spouses should accompany pregnant woment to participate in the study of parenting knowledge, provide more family support postpartum, and timely enlighten when they are depressed so as to help them improve parenting skills.
