Abstract:
Cerebral palsy is the first non-hereditary disability disease among children in China nowadays. While attentions are paid to the physical issues of children with cerebral palsy, their psychological and behavioral problems are often ignored. This paper describes the association between psychological and behavioral problems among children with cerebral palsy and clinical rehabilitation, and the causes and characteristics of psychological and behavioral problems, as well as their impact on rehabilitation. It suggests that attentions should be paid to their psychological and behavioral problems in order to promote their comprehensive rehabilitation.
