乳铁蛋白对极低出生体重儿早期淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Influence of lactoferrin on early lymphocyte subsets in very low birth weight infants

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨外源性乳铁蛋白对极低出生体重儿生后早期淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 选择2014年1月-2015年10月在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心出生且收入NICU的极低出生体重儿120例,随机分为两组,治疗组(LF组)和对照组。分别于生后第1天、第2周及第4周通过流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果 (1)生后第1天两组患儿淋巴细胞亚群差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)生后第2、4周LF组T细胞、辅助T细胞、NK细胞、B细胞绝对计数均高于相应时间点的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(3)生后第2、4周LF组抑制性T细胞绝对计数低于相应时间点对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(4)两组患儿T细胞、辅助T细胞、NK细胞、B细胞绝对计数随出生后时间的延长均逐渐增高,而抑制性T细胞绝对计数则逐渐下降。结论 极低出生体重儿出生时免疫细胞数量不足,随着日龄增长逐渐增高。外源性乳铁蛋白能促进极低出生体重儿细胞免疫和体液免疫的成熟。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of exogenous lactoferrin on early lymphocyte subsets in very low birth weight infants.Methods During January 2014 to October 2015, 120 very low birth weight infants of NICU were born in Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center were include in the study. And they were randomly devided into two groups:the experimental group (LF group) and the control group. Lymphocyte subsets were tested on the first day, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after birth respectively.Results (1) The difference of lymphocyte subsets between the two groups on the first day after birth was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). (2) The level of T-cell、helper T-cells、NK cell and B-cell in LF group were higher than those in control group at 2 and 4 weeks after birth (P< 0. 05). (3) The level of suppressor T-cell in the LF group were lower than that in control group at 2 and 4 weeks after birth (P< 0. 05). (4) The level of T-cell, helper T-cells, NK cell and B-cell in the two groups all gradually increased along with time increased, whereas the absolute value of suppressor T-cell decreased along with time increased.Conclusion The number of immune cells in very low birth weight infants is low at birth, but increasing with age increasing. Exogenous lactoferrin can promote the maturation of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in very low birth weight infants.
