Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the change of cervical cancer screening modes on the effect.
Methods During January 2013 to December 2014,rural women aged 35-64 years and participated in cervical cancer screening were selected. In 2013,all the screening institutions completed the screening themselves. In 2014,the third party agency undertook the testing services. The detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion,the follow-up rate of colposcopy examination and histopathological examination were used to evaluate the effects of different screening models.
Results The detection rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion,the follow-up rate of colposcopy examination and histopathological examination in the third party agency undertaken model was higher than those in the screening institutions completing model(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The model of the third party agency undertaking the screening unified the screening method and quality control standard. It is important to improve the quality of cervical cancer screening by the third party agency undertaking the screening. The model can be used for reference in future.
