浙江省丽水市新生儿遗传代谢病筛查不合格血片相关因素分析

Analysis of the related factors of unqualified blood sample in screening of neonatal inherited metabolic diseases in lishui city,Zhejiang province

  • 摘要: 目的 分析新生儿遗传代谢病筛查不合格血片的原因,为提高血片合格率,采取干预措施提供依据。方法 分析2015年1月-2017年12月由浙江省新生儿疾病筛查中心退回的96例不合格血片,进行不合格原因分析。结果 三年不合格血片检出共96例,检出率为0.13%,三年的检出率有增加趋势(χ趋势2=27.775,P=0.000);96例不合格血片中,血片污染36例、血片渗透不全29例、血斑凝固13例,分别居不合格原因的前三位。乡镇卫生院不合格血片检出率为0.37%,高于其他医疗单位的检出率(χ2=37.573,P=0.000);民办医院不合格血片检出率为0.46%,高于公办医院的检出率(χ2=18.260,P=0.000);采血 ≤ 1500人的单位不合格检出率为0.23%,高于采血>1500人的单位(χ2=9.502,P=0.002)。结论 稳定新生儿疾病筛查队伍,加强业务培训,规范技术操作,是保证新生儿疾病筛查血片质量的关键。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the causes of unqualified blood sample in neonatal screening, and to provide basis for improving the qualification rate of blood sample and adopting intervention measures. Method A total of 96 unqualified blood samples returned by the neonatal disease screening center in Zhejiang province from January 2015 to December 2017 were analyzed.Results In the three years, 96 unqualified blood samples were detected. The detection rate was 0.13% and there was an increasing trend during the three years (χtrend2=27.775, P=0.000). Among the 96 unqualified blood samples, there were 36 contaminated blood samples, 29 incomplete penetration blood samples and 13 spotting solidification blood samples, respectively. The detection rate of unqualified blood samples in the township hospitals was 0.37%. It was higher than that of the other medical units (χ2=37.573, P=0.000). The detection rate of unqualified blood samples in the private hospitals was 0.46%. It was higher than that of the public hospitals (χ2=18.260, P=0.000). The detection rate of unqualified blood samples in the units with no more than 1500 persons was 0.23%. It was higher than that of the units with more than 1500 persons (χ2=9.502, P=0.002).Conclusion Stabling the neonatal screening team, strengthening the professional training and regulating technical operation are the key measures to ensure the quality of neonatal blood screening.
