深圳市福田区中学生生殖健康知识来源及需求分析

Analysis of the demand and source of reproductive health knowledge among junior high school students in Futian district of Shenzhen city

  • 摘要: 目的 了解深圳市福田区中学生生殖健康知识的基本情况、来源及需求,为有针对性地开展青春期生殖健康教育提供依据。方法 采用随机整群抽样法,对深圳市福田区1029名学生进行问卷调查。结果 1029名学生首次接触性教育的时间主要在初中时期,与其自评需要获得性教育的时间是一致的。受检学生生殖健康知识掌握程度较高,常见问题知晓率达66.2%,对月经、遗精、性冲动的知晓率分别为83.1%、76.4%、82.8%。学校、网络影视、同学同伴是中学生性知识的主要来源,从父母处获取性知识的比例低,女生为36%,而男生仅为16.8%。受检学生在性教育方式的选择上,依次主要为讲座、视频、宣传册、人体模型讲解;在性教育的内容需求方面,依次主要为性心理知识、性生理知识及性的选择与责任。结论 深圳市福田区中学生生殖健康知识知晓率高,但性心理教育及引导需求明显;学生性知识获取途径多样化,但家庭性教育比重低。今后需重视青春期心理引导及教育,发挥家庭性教育的优势,充分整合学校、医院及家庭各方资源,探索青春期生殖健康最佳教育模式。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the basic situation,source and demand of reproductive health knowledge of junior high school students in Futian District of Shenzhen city,in order to provide base for adolescent reproductive health education.Methods Random cluster sampling method was used and 1029 junior high school students in Futian District of Shenzhen city were selected for the questionnaire survey.Results Among the 1029 students,most of them contacted sex education first in junior high school,this matched the time that they were supposed to be educated with reproductive knowledge. Students had higher awareness of basic reproductive health knowledge,66.2% of them know about the common reproductive health questions. The awareness rate of menstruation,seminal emission and sexual impulse was 83.1%,76.4% and 82.8% respectively. The main sources of sex knowledge were schools,internet films,classmates or friends. Only 36% of the girls and 16.8% of the boys got sexual knowledge from their parents. The students expect the sexual education methods were lectures,videos,brochures and human body parts explaining. The demand of sexual education focus on sexual psychology, sexual physiological knowledge, sexual responsibilities and options.Conclusion Junior high school students in Futian District of Shenzhen had high awareness of reproductive health knowledge,but sexual psychology education and demand were obvious. The ways of sex knowledge is various and family education obtaining is low. We should focus on adolescent psychological guidance and education; give full attention to family education. School,hospital and family resources should be combined,in order to seek for the best mode for adolescent reproductive health.
