Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of health exercise of pregnant women on the outcome of pregnancy, and to reduce the cesarean section rate and improve the rate of natural delivery.
Methods from March 2016 to March 2017, the pregnant women who came to our pregnant women school had good compliance and had time to do health exercise were selected as training group, and the pregnant women who did not do health exercise were selected as control group. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were followed up.
Results The cesarean section rate, the average amount of postpartum bleeding and the newborns weights were lower and the delivery time was shorter in the training group than in the control group. The breastfeeding rate in the training group was higher than the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups.
Conclusion The maternal health care exercise can effectively reduce the incidence of macrosomia, the rate of cesarean section, and promote natural delivery. It is safe and effective. It is worthy of further research and popularization.
