蛋白琥珀酸铁联合维生素C、B6治疗儿童缺铁性贫血及铁代谢的影响
Effect of iron protein succinylate combined with vitamin C and B6 on the treatment of iron deficiency anemia and iron metabolism in children

摘要: 目的 探讨蛋白琥珀酸铁制剂联合维生素C、B6治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的临床价值。方法 于2016年4月-2017年5月收治的缺铁性贫血患儿中,选取92例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组46例、观察组46例,对照组给予蛋白琥珀酸铁制剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合维生素C、B6治疗。观察两组患儿治疗效果及铁代谢指标变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%,同对照组76.09%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿铁代谢指标差异无显著性,经治疗后均有改善,观察组血清铁(SI)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清铁蛋白(SF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在儿童缺铁性贫血治疗中,应用蛋白琥珀酸铁制剂联合维生素C、B6,可增强治疗效果,促进患儿铁代谢指标改善,值得推广。Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of iron protein succinylate combined with vitamin C and B6 on the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Methods A total of 92 children with iron deficiency anemia admitted into our center from April2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and the observation group.Each group had 46 cases. The children in the control group were treated with iron protein succinylate. The children in the observation group were treated with iron protein succinylate combined with vitamin C and B6. The treatment effects and the changes of iron metabolism indexes in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the control group was 91.30% and 76.09%, respectively. The difference between in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in iron metabolism indexes in the two groups before the treatment. However, the iron metabolism indexes improved after the treatment. The serum irons (SI), transferrin saturation (TSAT) and serum ferritin (SF) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children, the application of the iron protein succinylate combined with vitamin C and B6 can enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the Iron metabolism indexes in children. It is worth to be widely applied in the clinic.
