Study on matrix metalloproteinase-1,3,8 and premature rupture of membranes

  • 摘要: 胎膜早破在产科临床中发病率较高,它的发生与孕妇年龄、产妇低体重指数、吸烟、生殖道感染及胎盘早剥有密切关系,已严重威胁新生儿及孕妇的健康;国内外科学界研究发现胎膜早破与Zn2+依赖性蛋白水解酶-基质金属蛋白酶调节的细胞外基质成分的降解或重塑的作用密切相关。

     

    Abstract: Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) is a high incidence of disease in obstetric clinics.It seriously threats to the health of newborns and pregnant women.There is close relationship between PROM and pregnant women age, low maternal weight index, smoking, genital tract infection and placental abruption.Studies in the domestic and international scientific community have found that there is close relationship between PROM and the role of the degradation or remodeling of extracellular matrix components regulated by Zn2+ dependent proteolytic enzymes-matrix metalloproteinases.
