Abstract: Objective To analyze the prevalence of women common diseases in Kaiping City from 2013 to 2016.Methods From January, 2013 to December, 2016, 9865 case of women in Kaiping Central Hospital and Kaiping Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were recruited in the study. The questionnaire was used to obtain general demographic data. The routine gynecological examination, laboratory, imaging examination and pathological examination were used to diagnose the diseases Chi-square analysis was used to analyze the prevalence of women common diseases among women in Kaiping City during 2013-2016.Results A total of 9865 cases were enrolled in this study, of which 7195 were diagnosed with women common diseases and the prevalence was 72.93%. The number of women who were detected with gynecological diseases reached 11 759. The detection rate was 119.20%. In 2013-2016, the highest proportion of women suffered from breast disease. There was no significant change in the prevalence rates of breast disease, cervicitis, vaginitis, adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory, vulvitis, uterine fibroids, endometriosis. The chi-square test showed that the age of 31-50 years old was with the highest prevalence rate of women common diseases.Conclusion During the period of 2013-2016, in Kaiping City, women common diseases mainly included breast disease, pelvic inflammatory and adnexitis. There was no significant change in the prevalence rate of these diseased. In addition, the populations with women common diseases dominated by women aged 31-50 years old, it is recommended that this age group of women need to strengthen their health examination.
