Abstract:
Objective To investigate the compliance of menopausal osteoporosis (OP) treatment,and to discusses corresponding intervention countermeasures.
Methods From May 2015 to May 2016,120 women with menopausal osteoporosis examined in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,study group and control group were both included 60 cases.After informant consent,control group was only given pharmacy guidelines and health education;the study group was treated with the same method which conducted in control group,and also investigated the influence factors of affect the treatment compliance,and implemented corresponding intervention countermeasures.
Results The rate of treatment compliance in study group was 91.67%,which was higher than that in control group (71.67%),the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05).After intervention,study group had higher scores in energy,social life,sleep,physical activities than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant (
P<0.05).
Conclusion To take effective intervention measures can effectively improve the menopausal osteoporosis treatment compliance of the female and strengthen the quality of life.
