Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of echocardiography in the fetus of diabetic pregnant women.Methods From August 2015 to June 2016,43 fetuses of diabetic pregnant women in Bao'an Women and Children Health Care Hospital were selected as the research object,47 fetuses of normal pregnant women were selected in the same period as the control group,the results of echocardiography between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups (P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the cardiac morphology (IVS,LVDD,LVSD,PVDD,RVSD) between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The possibility of fetal heart malformations among diabetes mellitus pregnant women is relatively large,fetal echocardiography can further eliminate heart malformation in clinical.On the basis,scientific and effective management and guidance can be conducted on pregnant women,which can reduce the occurrence of fetal heart malformation in a certain extent.This method was verified,and the clinical effect is remarkable,this method is worth learning and promotion.
