Abstract:
Objective To study the management situation of maternal health care during in 2010-2016 and the existing problems for Changji Zhou, and to provide basis for improving the quality of maternal and child health services.
Methods Retrospective study was used in this study, maternal and child health annual report data of 5 counties and 2 cities, maternal and child health work daily supervision and performance review summary data were collected and analyzed.
Results Maternal mortality and incidence of low birth weight were relatively stable situation from 2010 to 2016; The average maternal mortality rate was 24. 4/10; the mortality of children under five year-old, infant mortality, the early perinatal and neonatal mortality declined year by year; the incidence of high-risk maternal, cesarean section and low birth weight were slowly rising.
Conclusion Maternal and child health services job specification were carried out each year, the coverage of maternal management system was steady increasing, maternal mortality and infant mortality rates remained below the average level in the autonomous region. It is need to intensify perinatal management, improve the quality of obstetrics, to ensure the security of the maternal and infant, and to improve maternal and child health services index changed well.
