玉溪市红塔区2011-2017年手足口病突发事件流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemic characteristics ofhand-foot-mouth disease outbreaks in Hongta District of Yuxi City from 2011 to 2017

  • 摘要: 目的 通过对玉溪市红塔区2011-2017年手足口病突发事件流行特征进行分析,为进一步采取针对性的措施提供依据。方法 采用回顾性流行病学调查方法。结果 2011-2017年红塔区共发生手足口病突发事件13起,发病213人,罹患率3.8%(213/5596);幼托儿童报告最多,占77.9%;2012年发生起数最多,占46.2%;突发事件发生率中位数3.2%;第2季度与第4季度突发事件多发,且第4季度突发事件发生率(9.3%)高于第2季度(2.4%)(P<0.05);中心城区街道报告突发事件最多,且幼儿园突发事件中城市突发事件发生率高于农村幼儿园(P<0.01),由小班首发引起突发事件的起数较多;确定为EV71病毒感染事件较多;首发与达到突发标准时间间隔、首末例病例发病时间间隔间无明显联系。结论 手足口病流行性季节上升期应注意手足口病突发事件的发生,应根据流行病学特征及暴发因素的复杂性采取针对性措施。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) outbreaks from 2011 to 2017 in Hongta District of Yuxi City, so as to provide evidence for further targeted measures.Methods The retrospective epidemiological survey methods was used.Results The data showed that from 2011 to 2017 a total of 13 HFMD emergencies occurred in Hongta district. The number of patients was 213 and the attacked rate was 3.8% (213/5596). The most reported patients were children. It accounted for 77.9%. The highest occurrence number was in 2012, it accounted for 46.2%. The median incidence of emergency was 3.2%. Emergencies occurred frequently in the second quarter and the fourth quarter. the incidence of emergency in the fourth quarter (9.3%) was significantly higher than that in the second quarter (2.4%) (P< 0.05). Central city streets reported the most emergencies. The incidence of emergencies in urban kindergartens was higher than that in rural kindergartens (P< 0.01). Most of the emergencies firstly started in the youngest children. Most of the infections were confirmed as EV71 virus infection. There was no significant correlation between the time interval of start-meet the emergency standard and the time interval of the first and last cases.Conclusions It is necessary to pay attention to the occurrence of HFMD emergencies during the rising period of epidemic season of HFMD. The targeted measures should be taken according to the epidemiological characteristics and the complexity of the outbreak factors.
