福州6所高校女教师二孩生育意愿调查及影响因素分析

Investigation and influence factor analysis on the fertility desire of two children among female teachers from 6 universities in Fuzhou

  • 摘要: 目的 了解高校女教师对生育二孩的意愿及其影响因素。方法 采用简单随机抽样方式从福州大学城高校中随机抽取6所高校的253名女教师进行问卷调查。结果 52.6%的高校女教师并无生育二孩的意愿;在生育性别选择上,68.4%的女教师认为男孩、女孩均可以,只有约25%的女教师更期待生男孩;不同学历、职称、夫妻自身是否独生子女高校女教师生育二孩意愿程度得分之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);二孩间生育的理想间隔时间对高校女教师生育意愿程度的影响作用最大,其次为年龄和对二孩政策的态度。结论 高校女教师生育二孩的意愿并不强烈,也不存在明显的代际传递性和明显的男孩偏好。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the fertility desire and influence factor of two children among female teachers from university.Methods Random sampling method was adopted to carry out the survey on 253 female university teachers among 6 universities/colleges in Fuzhou.Results Among the total females, 52. 6% of them did not have the fertility desire of two children and 68. 4% of them did not have gender preference, only about 25% of them tend to boy. The teachers showed different fertility desire in the score of two children in different educational background, professional title and whether couples from one-child family, and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0. 05). The first influencing factor of fertility desire in university teachers was interval time of the two children, and the other influencing factors were age and their attitude toward two-child policy.Conclusion There was not strong desire for two children among female university teachers, and there were no intergenerational transmission and sex preference.
