Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of epidural labor analgesia with positive labor management on birth outcomes.
Methods The single full-term pregnant women hospitalized in our hospital in 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of voluntary,72 cases with labor analgesia required implementing continuous epidural labor analgesia with positive labor management were regarded as observation group, the 100 cases of pregnant women with usual delivery were regarded as control group.
Results The NRS scores in each time point in observation group was lower than that in control group(
P<0.05),and the analgesia onset time was(10.5 ± 6.4) min. There was no significant difference between the two groups in active phase, the second stages of labor, newborn Apgar scoring and amount of bleeding(
P>0.05). The oxytocin utilization rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(
P<0.05),but the cesarean section rate was lower than that in control group(
P<0.05).
Conclusion The analgesic effect of epidural labor analgesia with positive labor management was exact and safe for maternal and child, and could not extend labor stage, but could decrease the rate of cesarean delivery.
