Abstract:
Objective To discuss the influence factors among 328 patients with missed abortion, in order to provide reference for preventing the occurrence of missed abortion.
Methods From September 2013 to June 2016, 328 patients with missed abortion who hospitalized in our hospitals were selected as case group, at the same time, 100 cases pregnancy women without missed abortion were selected as control group. Self-designed pregnancy women information form was used to collect the clinical data from all the research objects, univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors.
Results Univariate analysis showed that, the difference of the education level between the two groups was not statistically significant (
P> 0. 05). Compared with control group, case group had higher incidence in high age, pregnant times, history of smoking and drinking, history of cesarean section, history of abortion, pregnancy infection, and the differences were statistically significant (
P< 0. 05); Logistic regression analysis showed that high age, primipara, history of smoking and drinking, history of cesarean section, history of abortion, pregnancy infection were the risk factor for missed abortion (
P< 0. 05).
Conclusions High age, primipara, history of smoking and drinking, history of cesarean section, history of abortion, infection during pregnancy were associated with missed abortion, they were independent risk factors. Physicians should carry out health education for pregnant women actively, help them to develop good habits and customs, and enhance propaganda of pregnancy check, in order to prevent the occurrence of missed abortion.
