早期认知训练对发育迟缓患儿康复效果观察

  • 摘要: 目的 观察早期认知训练对发育迟缓患儿康复的效果。方法 2014年1月-2016年12月在怀化市妇幼保健院儿童康复科治疗的发育迟缓患儿185例,随机分为观察组(n=95)和对照组(n=90)。观察组接受认知训练和常规康复,对照组仅接受常规康复。两组患儿在治疗前和治疗3个疗程后,分别采用Gesell发育量表进行评定。结果 两组患儿治疗后,发育水平明显改善(P<0.01),观察组的康复效果更明显。结论 早期认知语言训练能有效提高发育迟缓患儿各能区发育水平,越早干预效果越好。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of early cognitive training on rehabilitation of children with developmental retardation.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, a total of 185 children with developmental retardation in maternal and child health hospital of Huaihua city were randomly divided into observation group (n=95) and control group (n=90).The observation group received cognitive training and routine rehabilitation, while the control group received only routine rehabilitation.The two groups were evaluated by Gesell development scale before and after 3 courses of treatment.Results The development level of the two groups was significantly improved (P<0.01).However, the rehabilitation effect of the observation group was more obvious.Conclusion Early cognitive language training can effectively improve the developmental level of each zone in the children with developmental retardation.The earlier intervention, the better effect will be.
