Abstract:
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of critically ill pregnant women in Guangdong province during 2014 to 2015,understand the status and influence factors of pregnancy women complications,and find the weak link of obstetrics diagnosis and service providing,and in order to provide evidence for intervening measure of reducing pregnant women mortality in Guangdong Province.
Methods The monitoring data of 12 maternal hospitals in Guangdong Province during 2014 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Accoucheur who were trained completed the questionnaires of pregnancy women.
Results The incidence of pregnancy complications among the 109715 pregnant women in Guangdong Province from 2014 to 2015 was 45.76%,the incidence of serious maternal complications was 0.24%.
Conclusion Critically monitoring of pregnancy women can help to grasp the epidemiological situation of pregnancy complications,and it is conducive to diagnosis and treatment pregnancy complications early,which may reduce pregnancy with severe and the maternal mortality rate.
