系统超声联合三维表面成像技术在胎儿外耳畸形诊断中的临床价值

The clinical value of systematic ultrasound combined with 3D surface imaging technique in the diagnosis of fetal external ear malformation

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨系统超声联合三维表面成像技术在胎儿外耳畸形诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取2016年1月-2017年1月在深圳市光明新区中心医院接受系统产前检查的5760例孕妇作为研究对象,参与研究的全部孕妇均选择系统超声联合三维表面成像超声技术作为其诊断方案。评估超声检测的次数与外耳显示率之间的联系,以及胎儿外耳畸形检出率及漏诊率等。结果 相比第一次的外耳显示率,第二次的显示率会比较高(P<0.05);本组研究对象的胎儿外耳畸形诊断的准确率为75.00%,漏诊率为25.00%。结论 系统超声联合三维表面成像技术对胎儿外耳畸形的临床诊断具有很高的应用价值,其能够有效提高胎儿外耳畸形诊断的准确率,在胎儿外耳畸形的临床诊断中具有极高的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical value of systematic ultrasonography combined with three-dimensional surface imaging in the diagnosis of fetal external ear malformation.Methods A total of 5760 pregnant women accepted system prenatal examination from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital was recruited as the research objects. The technology of system ultrasound combined with 3 D surface imaging ultrasound was used for all of the cases. The relationships among the frequency of ultrasonic examination, the rate of external ear display and the detection rate and missed diagnosis rate of fetal external ear were evaluated.Results Compared with the first external ear display rate, the second display rate was higher (P<0.05). The diagnosis rate of fetal external ear malformation was 75.00%. The missed diagnosis rate was 25.00%.Conclusion The technology of system ultrasound combined with 3 D surface imaging ultrasound used to diagnose fetal external ear malformation has great practical value. It can effectively improve the correct rate of diagnosing fetal malformation outer ear.
