摘要: 根据《妇幼健康服务机构标准化建设与规范化管理的指导意见》,以《各级妇幼健康服务机构业务部门设置指南》为主导,2016年1月,甘肃省静宁县妇幼保健院实施改革,打破原有管理模式,实施了"四大部"制改革,运行两年以来,"四大部"制改革的优势已开始呈现,医院的规范化管理水平不断提升。

Abstract: Within the framework of Guidance to the Standardized Construction and Management of MCH Service Organizations and The Guidelines for Setting up the Business Units of MCH Service Organizations, the divisional reform was conducted in Jingning Maternal and Children's Health (MCH) Hospital in Jan. 2016. After the reform, the original management modelwas reshaped and the new management model-"Four Departments" was implemented. After 2 years reform, the advantages of "Four Departments" management model were gradually displayed. The level of standard management was also continually promoted.
